Our corporate office is located in Greensboro, North Carolina and serves the counties of Guilford, Forsyth, Rockingham, Randolph, and Alamance. Our coastal office is located in Wilmington, North Carolina and serves the counties of Pender, New Hanover, and Brunswick.  Our triangle office is located in Raleigh, NC and serves the counties of Wake and Durham.

Even though our agency has grown, we have still managed to keep the same philosophy and vision of providing exceptional service to exceptional people. We accomplish this by only hiring top-quality and trainable staff.

All of our staff undergo a professional interview process, provide us with 3 quality reference letters, meet our criminal record check requirements (State/Federal Criminal/ Driving/ and Finger print checks (Not living in the state within 5 years), Health Care registry, Medicaid Fraud checks, attend an orientation class, and are certified in American Red Cross CPR, First Aid, OSHA, NCI Prevention, NCI Core, NCI Core Plus, Positioning, Turning & Transferring, Consumer Specific training, Person Centered Training, Kitchen Safety, Driving Safety, medication administration (if applicable) and other trainings as needed. .
