Lindley Habilitation Services has established a relationship with Ethical Advocate for its employees and other key stakeholders to anonymously offer feedback and tell us about incidents that they believe should be brought to its attention. We recognize that while giving feedback or sharing difficult news is important to the well-being of an organization and its employees, sometimes it is challenging. LHS wants to make sure there are effective, secure and non-threatening ways for its employees to give feedback and communicate about important matters. We recognize that our staff has good ideas how to improve things, or observes things that need attention, but sometimes don’t want to say anything because they are concerned about maintaining their anonymity or don’t want their suggestions being misinterpreted. We have taken a positive step in creating an anonymous feedback and communication system with Ethical Advocate. It sends you a strong message in saying “we want to improve, we want to know if there are things off base, no matter who is involved, including management, and we’ve implemented a program that guarantees anonymity for you to feel secure in reporting or communicating an important matter.” You can submit a report via the web by going to our own reporting page on the Ethical Advocate site
https://lhsfeedback.ethicaladvocate.com/ and filling out the easy-to-use reporting form, or by calling their Call Center 1-877-324-8198, the number assigned to us. Either way, your anonymity is guaranteed. One of the great features of the service is the ability to communicate repeatedly and anonymously with the person reviewing your feedback or report. After submitting a report, make sure to check back regularly to see if there are comments or questions from the incident reviewer... it is an essential and important component in making sure the report is handled correctly and with the best outcomes. It is clear to us that LHS’s success is due in large part to the dedication and excellence of our staff and by being a organization where honest communication is valued and encouraged. Thank you again for your part in making it happen. |
