Teaching Students and Teachers Essential Strategies for Success |
How to Determine If Your Child Needs Tutoring
How to determine if your child needs tutoring:
-
Is he/she currently performing below grade level in any subject area?
-
Has my child’s teacher shared concerns on report card comments or through parent/teacher conferences?
-
Is my child getting frustrated with school?
-
Is my child neglecting or resistant to completing homework?
-
Does my child lack the motivation to apply themselves?
-
Is my child having behavior issues for the first time?
These could be signs that your child is exhibiting frustration and may benefit from additional assistance.
