Amy Lindley
Hi! I am Amy Lindley and have been in the field of education for ten years as a certified teacher. I received my bachelors degree from UNC-Greensboro in K-6 Elementary Education. I received my M.Ed in K-12 Reading and Curriculum Instruction. I have worked as a reading specialist and have taught at UNC-G as an assistant team leader teaching pre-service teachers. I also have experience as a K-5 curriculum facilitator.
I am passionate about educating students and teachers. I truly believe all adults and children have the capacity to learn new things given the appropriate instruction. Teacher education is a topic that is near to my heart, as I focused my graduate studies on this research topic. I have three children of my own and understand the issues parents face in today’s educational world. Lindley Habilitation Services has provided exceptional services for exceptional people for the past eleven years and I am excited to expand this mission in another capacity.

Robyn Varga
Hello! I am Robyn Varga and I have been working in the field of education for the past fifteen years. I received bachelor and masters degrees and from Towson University in Early Childhood Education. I also received a masters degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in math and science and a graduate certificate in School Administration and Supervision from Johns Hopkins University.
I am certified in the state of North Carolina to teach grades pre-kindergarten through sixth grade, advanced learners, and as a principal. I have eight years of experience as a classroom teacher and have spent the past seven years working in the following capacities: reading specialist, curriculum facilitator, advanced learner curriculum specialist, elementary literacy specialist, elementary science specialist, and professional development trainer. I have also written and reviewed test questions for the North Carolina End of Grade Test in the areas of reading, math and science.
Through my experiences, I have learned that everyone has the ability to acquire knowledge and skills. We all learn at a different pace and have our own strengths and weaknesses. I believe that the keys to successful instruction include the ability to incorporate multiple learning styles and being able to identify learners’ strengths and weaknesses in order to meet the needs of each individual learner. I am a mother of two and understand the issues that children face in the current educational world, as well as, the struggles working parents face in helping to ensure their children’s success in school.
